Good morning 5B!

Today is #WellnessWednesday and so I want you to choose one thing that makes you feel good and take the time to do that. It can be anything to make your mind or body feel happy. Some ideas include:

– do a home workout

– eat something healthy

– drink an extra glass of water

– read a book

– being mindful or meditate using a YouTube body scan

– take a long shower or bath

– have a conversation about something you love with a friend (via online games etc.) or family member

– help cook a nice meal for your family

– go for a walk and embrace nature

– write a list of five things you like about you or five things you are good at

– write a list of five things you are grateful for

… the list is ENDLESS!
